Purdue Holds on for Another Conference Win

Purdue immediately jumped out to a 9-0 lead in the first two minutes. They continued to dominated the first half, shooting 68% to Washington’s 33% and led 45-28 at the break.
Washington was much improved in the second half, shooting 53% and outscoring the Boilermakers by 9, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the first half deficit.
Braden Smith and Trey Kaufman-Renn were unusually sloppy with the ball, committing 6 turnovers each.
