Purdue withstands a great shooting night from Northwestern to win in overtime.

Purdue never got comfortable because Northwestern always had the answer

Northwestern had to constantly change up defense on Zach Edey and it was tough because was able to hit from deep

Zach Edey was simply too much in the overtime for the Wildcats

Northwestern shot 57.6% from the field and 51.9% from deep.

Purdue made 29 FT’s and Northwestern took 8 FT attempts.

Lance Jones scored 26 but also was a huge impact on defense

Boo Buie was fantastic in scoring 25 points. Ty Berry also scored 25 for Northwestern

Purdue is definitely the top seed in the tournament. Did not play a great game tonight but found a way to win

Northwestern is a solid team and should make the tourney.
