NCAA Tourney Picks Sweet 16
Midwest Region
Loyola Chicago: The Ramblers will be well prepared to win this game late with some free throws.
Syracuse: The Orange will suffocate Houston with the 2-3 zone. If they limit Houston’s offensive rebounding they win. Buddy Boeheim goes off for 30 plus again.
South Region
Baylor: The Bears are simply too good for Villanova without Colin Gillespie. This game will be tight until the very end.
Arkansas: This game will require a last second defensive stop by the Razorbacks.
East Region
Alabama: The Crimson Tide win a competitive game. This game is close for 30 minutes. Too much offense for the Bruins to overcome.
Florida St: The length of the Seminoles allows them to stay in the game and find a way to win late.
West Region
Gonzaga: Gonzaga is to much for the Blue Jays. They will need to come from behind in the 2nd half to pull out the win but do so with a cushion in the last two minutes.
Oregon. Dana Altman will get this team to play with confidence and reverse the outcome of the regular season. The Ducks are almost back to full strength and it showed vs Iowa.
