Purdue comes back from 10-point early second half deficit with 15-1 run midway through the half, leading to an 84-76 victory.

Minnesota lost its composure in second half. Coach Ben Johnson charged with a technical foul with 8-point lead which fueled the comeback further. Jack Wilson later committed a flagrant foul during the Purdue comeback.
