Description: Opening night for the Cavaliers at home didn’t go as they planned, Over the last couple seasons Virginia basketball had been a top program for years but for the Navy Midshipmen they had a different plan heading into game one. They were better then Virginia from start to finish all night long and it showed after a 66-58 win over Virginia. Navy shot 45.3% to Virginia’s 41.2%

Up Next: Virginia needs to find itself and take care of business before ACC play begins. Navy can enjoy the win and look to improve. They will need to win their conference tournament to get a bid.
