Conference Bracket News
Two weeks into the new season and conference play is just around the corner. This year conference standings may have some impact on selection of teams as there is no common set of non- conference games scheduled. That being said, a key component will be quality wins and non-conference quality wins may be what separates teams come selection Sunday. We take a look at the major conferences and how they have performed so far this season in our three thoughts segment.

Virginia Tech moves into our watch list with win over Villanova
Georgia Tech has two tough losses but beats Kentucky- keep eye on them

Xavier is 6-0 with win over Cincinnati
Villanova suffers early set back but defeats Texas
Marquette is team to watch- beat Wisconsin

Kentucky is 1-3 out of the gate.
Arkansas is 4-0 and moving up
Missouri with wins over Oregon & Wichita St- on our radar
