The American Conference restructured its set of teams this season. Adding last year’s Final Four underdog Florida Atlantic to the rolls. The Owls have been the highest ranked team in the NET, but South Florida put together a great season to take the regular season title and #1 seed. The tourney should be very competitive. Five teams have won over 18 games and are capable of winning the title.
